Hayden's journey into software began at GlobalTranz, where despite being hired for a finance role, he found the technical side of the office and requested to spend most days there. He then created an informal team and PM'd and designed the company's first mobile app for creating LTL orders on a small device. Falling in love with software, he switched careers over the next year and the rest is history!
